• BACS (Bank transfer):

• We can send a proforma invoice for you to pay by cheque or via BACs.

• Account: Regular purchasers can set up a trading account with SeNd Technology - subject to credit check.

Delivery - UK stock orders placed by noon are delivered for next working day.

Returns:

We will only accept returns that have been previously agreed and we have issued a returns number.

Email: returns@sendtech.co.uk. Items found to be faulty due to manufacture will be replaced within the warranty period. Please ensure you retain all original packaging and documentation as this must be returned with the product. If, after testing, we find the product to be working to specification we may pass on a handling/test charge of no more than £50. SeNd Technology Ltd or it's suppliers will not be held responsible for problems caused by incorrect use, installation and sub-sequential damage caused. Products must be fitted in accordance with the installation guides.

 

Warranty:

SeNd Technology pass on the manufacturers RTB warranty for all products. Please see the specific details per product (usually 1 year).
